Common Italian Phrases with pronunciation – Common Italian Phrases
What are some common soccer phrases in Italian?
I’m going to a soccer game tomorrow between Inter Milan and Manchester. I’ve spent some time in Italy, but never had enough money to go to a game. So, I was wondering what are some common Italian phrases, i.e. “Go team!” and chants and such. I’ve scoured the internet with no avail. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
Allora, comé sei dici “go milano!”?
Allora, comè sei dici is wrong….the correct phrase is allora, come si dice….
Go Team = forza squadra! or forza Milan!
An other way to say goal is “rete!”
We are the champion = siamo i campioni
Manchester comes homes = Manchester torna a casa
Losers = perdenti
goalkeeper = portiere
I hope I help you
@Kateall…..squadra di andare is very wrong…it means nothing

Basic Italian Phrases funny – Basic Italian Phrases
Can someone translate a few basic Italian phrases for me?
Google seems to be unclear.
“l’ha” This comes up a lot. What exactly does it mean, and when should I use it?
“Mi sono messa il vestito”
Simply stating “Lavora”. That’s the whole sentence. The picture is of a guy working. Does it just mean “works”?
“é Suo questo” What does this mean exactly, and can it also be “é questo il suo”?
1 ok i try with an example: l’ha preso? did he take it. the exended form is “lo ha preso?” or “la ha presa” so we cut the vocal and put the apostrophe.
2 i put the dress on. vestito may mean dress or clothe(s)
3 la foto è di un ragazzo al lavoro (at work)/ che lavora.
4 yes it can be both and means: is this yours? this is the formal version, because we use the third person to speak in a formal way to someone, so the exact meaning could be : is this yours, sir? or is this yours, lady?

20 Italian Phrases – Italian Phrases
What’s a common Italian slang word or phrase to describe a “moral deviant”?
A person with no scruples, values or honor; an amoral person; the kind of criminal even other criminals distrust. The word/phrase would be used in casual conversation by a younger (20-30something) type crowd, so I’m after something still in use today. Preferably something that is PG-13.
I think there’s not a common word or phrase to describe a moral deviant.
We can say different words which can be used as insults: figlio di pu.ttana (son of a bi..), testa di ca.zz.o (literally dic.. head) and so on, offending the person, let’s say
If I knew the equivalent English word, I might translate, but I think we use to insult with above words first, marking pronunciation strongly.
But for a PG-13 you’d better say “sc.e.mo” or “stronzo”, they’re not so offensive as those words

Rosetta stone version 3 italian activation code – Rosetta stone italian
Using the rosetta stone italian language software how long would it take to become fluent in the language?
K I own the rosetta stone italian language software and I was just curious as to how long it would take to become fluent in the language.
First, you can’t become fluent just by using Rosetta Stone. It’s the best way to start off learning a language, but it doesn’t have every single grammatical structure or every single word in the language.
If you’re asking how long it takes to get through the whole program, it depends on the person. Just to do the exercises, it might take about 100 hours all together to do all three levels, but that doesn’t take into account how long it will take you to figure things out or how long it would take you to remember everything.
If you’re of normal intelligence, it might take about six months on an average of one hour a day (of course you could do seven hours every Saturday or two hours every other day or something).
Use the audio companion whenever you can and get supplementary books to practice more, “Easy Italian Reader” is good. Also, rent Italian movies.
